In six weeks, the AI Usage and Opportunity Review will give you a clear, honest picture of how AI is being used across your business, where the easy wins are, where the real risks are, and what to do next. ##### **What we do together:** We start with a 45–60 minute conversation with you (and 2 - 3 key people you'd like to include) to understand the business strategy, goals and direction and begin mapping AI use. From there, your team completes a short survey of around 7–10 minutes. From there, I run two live online sessions of 45 to 60 minutes each with your staff, split into groups depending on the size of your team.
