Curious about my Background?

 

My journey into AI strategy, risk, and governance started long before “responsible AI” became a headline. After many years working in education and mining in administrative and management roles, with a focus on process improvement and automation, I re-trained and qualified as an Australian lawyer and was admitted in 2019.

I then spent several years working in high-privacy, highly regulated industries, from government agencies (courts and tribunals) to higher education (online universities). During this time, I saw how organisations struggled to manage compliance, process, and risk when new technologies were introduced.

My fascination with AI’s potential to transform how we work and connect led me to complete an MBA in Leadership and Strategy, where my research focused on effective chatbot implementation in high-privacy industries, and later a Postgraduate Certificate in AI Ethics and Governance.

Founding Sena Consulting brought these threads together. I built the consultancy to help organisations cut through the uncertainty around AI adoption, turning regulation and best practice into clear, actionable frameworks.

My goal is simple: to make AI safe, strategic, and scalable so leaders can innovate with confidence. My approach is always human-led and pragmatic, focused on clarity, confidence, and trust.
